RETURN POLICY

We understand that returns happen. Please read our policy below and should you find yourself in need of a return please give us a call at 210-496-3246.

 

Returns: Policy

  • Pre-Authorization for return is required-Call 210-496-3246. Be prepared to give a fax number  or email address for a copy of the return authoriation form to be sent to you. No returns will be accepted without first prior approval and completed return form.
  • On returns a restocking fee of up to 20% may be charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Shipping charges on returns are to be prepaid by the customer. No COD or COLLECT  FREIGHT  claims will be accecpted.
  • Returns for credit or exchange must be made within 30 days of  your dated invoice.
  • Returns must be in the original packaging and/or carton and in unaltered, uninstalled, acceptable “new-sale” condition.
  • Centurion, British 4×4 Centre, British 4×4 Outfitters is not responsible for the diagnosis or  installation of differentials. It is the customers responsibility to hire a qualified technician to install and service the differential. It is the customers responsibility to insure the proper fluids are being used in the differential.
  • It is the customers responsibility to open the shipping crate or package to inspect for shipping damages and that you have received the part that you have ordered. Call us immediatly should the need arise.
  • In the event you received a defective part, it will be replaced with another (when available) when returned within 30 days. Our liability for materials or goods found defective, is limited to the value of goods sold or furnished and will not allow claims for labor, consequential damage, miss diagnosis, freight costs, rental vehicles or downtime for any reason.
  • Orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
  • On returns due to OUR ERROR, your shipping expense may be reimbursed based upon standard service, UPS or FedEx charges. If a re-ship is necessary, we will pay standard ground service shipping charges. Please notify us for authorization on Truck Freight parts.
  • We pay shipping on core returns when returned within 30 days of receipt. Verified by UPS tracking.

The following merchandise is NOT acceptable for return:

  • Electrical / electronic parts – including gauges, relays, lights, bulbs, starters, alternators, regulators, switches and wiring harnesses.
  • Items purchased on a special order items. Special orders must be prepaid in advance.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, fire or weather.
  • International orders shipping outside the US, Canada or US Territories.

 

Returning an Item:

  • Insure the item being returned meets all the requirements of  the Return Policy (stated above).
  • Include the original packing slip or a copy of your invoice. Make sure your name, address and phone number are printed clearly on the return invoice.

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may be charged on all returns.
